“With over twenty years experience in the area of mental, physical and emotional health, my goal is to work collaboratively with you towards robust mental wellbeing, peak physical health and a life where happiness is the primary emotion.”

My Passion

I’m passionate about supporting people, especially parents and families through life’s challenges—whether it’s anxiety, grief, stress, or feeling lost in the noise of modern life. Drawing on evidence-based tools like EFT, CBT and Mindfulness-bases practices, I work collaboratively with people to rediscover physical and emotional balance, clarity of mind and to regain meaning in life.

About Christine

I became a qualified counsellor in 2015, after raising my three daughters. Throughout those parenting years, I often found myself supporting others in the community—especially fellow parents—who were navigating their own challenges and searching for a deeper sense of meaning and purpose.

This shared experience sparked a strong desire in me to help others understand that meaning and purpose are not things we have to chase—they can be found in the present moment, regardless of our external circumstances. We simply need the right support and tools to access them.

In 2016, I trained as an EFT practitioner, drawn to its evidence-based, practical approach that genuinely empowers people to shift emotional patterns and create lasting change.

Alongside my professional work, my personal journey has been deeply shaped by the study of philosophy and the daily practice of Vedic meditation—both of which continue to ground and enrich my life. I bring this lived experience into my work, supporting clients to discover their own path to clarity, resilience, and well-being with authenticity, compassion, and evidence-based techniques that truly make a difference.

How we feel and experience life is ultimately within our power—but finding approaches that truly work can be challenging. My counselling style integrates Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), offering clients a practical and effective tool to shift limiting patterns and access their inner strength. This combination provides simple, intelligent, and lifelong tools that support greater confidence, clarity, and a deeper sense of direction.

I work with individuals and families, with a particular focus on supporting parents as they navigate the complexities of family life. Alongside my counselling practice, I run online Philosophy and Parenting courses across Australia, and have developed and facilitated workshops such as Mindful Parenting and The Mindful Workplace throughout Brisbane.

My passion lies in helping those who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or out of balance. Through both counselling, EFT and psycho-education, clients work towards restoring balance and calm, easing feelings of doubt, anxiety and fear and create space for lasting confidence and contentment—the true markers of well-being.

My work has also included roles as an emotional support assistant in Bond University’s Chronic Pain Clinical Research Trials with Dr. Peta Stapleton, the EFT eyesight clinical trial, and during practitioner and trauma trainings with Evidence-Based EFT (EBEFT). These experiences continue to deepen my understanding of how people can access profound healing by releasing limiting beliefs and reconnecting with their true nature. I’ve seen firsthand how EFT serves as a powerful, evidence-based tool for creating meaningful and lasting transformation.
