“With over twenty years experience in the area of mental, physical and emotional health, my goal is to work collaboratively with you towards robust mental wellbeing, peak physical health and a life where happiness is the primary emotion.”
I work extensively as a family therapist with parents, particularly mothers, facing significant challenges in their family life as well as balancing career and workplace issues.
As a volunteer, I run online parenting courses Australia-wide. I have also developed and facilitated courses in ‘Mindful Parenting’ and ‘The Mindful Workplace’ throughout Brisbane. I am passionate about helping people experiencing overwhelm, exhaustion and a sense of ‘crazy busy’. They learn to apply measure and balance in their lives, removing doubt and fear and opening the way to a deep, continuing happiness and contentment; the true meaning of success.
I was an emotional assistant in Bond University’s recent Chronic Pain Clinical Research Trials run by Associate Professor Dr Peta Stapleton and again during EBEFT’s practitioner training and Trauma training.
I have observed how lives can become deeply purposeful and functional when people let go of their binding, limited beliefs and identifications and instead redirect their attention towards their true nature and purpose. In my experience EFT is the perfect conduit for this, effecting lasting transformation.
